Matt Boardman

Matt has been based in Asia for 13 years and partners directly with clients on senior commercial, technical and corporate function appointments within energy and commodity trading organisations, reflecting our commitment to senior-led, independent advice and rigorous execution.

He brings deep experience advising on and appointing leaders within complex, global organisations, shaped most recently by his career at bp, where he managed hiring for the group’s trading, commercial, and corporate leadership teams. His focus is on identifying technical skill sets and leadership capability in fast-moving, risk-sensitive environments where judgement, governance, and commercial acuity are critical.

Matt built his career internationally at search firms including ChapmanCG and Phaidon International. His combination of search and in-house experience provides a grounded understanding of market dynamics, client-side decision-making, and long-term leadership risk.

Andy Jenkins

Andy is a trusted executive search advisor with over 20 years of global experience spanning in-house leadership roles and senior positions at top-tier search firms.

Andy has been based in Asia for the last 7 years and advises on senior leadership and board-level appointments internationally. He supports complex mandates, where his experience ensures a deep understanding of how global organisations assess, attract, and appoint leadership in highly regulated, capital-intensive environments.

Prior to leading executive hiring for bp in the Eastern Hemisphere, Andy built his career at firms including Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and Cripps Leadership Advisors, where he delivered executive search assignments worldwide across energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and senior functional leadership roles.

Having operated on both sides of the table, Andy brings a measured, commercially grounded perspective to executive search, combining sector insight, global reach, and an advisory mindset focused on long-term leadership impact.
